We manage the entire sales process, from inbox requests and outbound sales prospecting to sending quotes and securing signed contracts to communicating the event details to your theater staff. We are your outsourced event sales department. Your customers get great service, and your team gets the information they need to execute the private rentals.

Our team works on commission. We get paid when we book an event for the theater. We work from an agreed upon rate structure and theater rental availability schedule. We book within your guidelines, at your requested rates, the same as an inhouse sales manager. However, as a 1099 independent contractor vendor, you incur no new overhead costs (training, taxes, insurance. pto) by partnering with us.
